It seems that with all the regulation of medications and oversight of food production, everything available would be safe. We all know that isn’t true. On my blog, I hope to explore some of the negative and positive things that can be consumed. As a nurse practitioner and professor, I strive to pass on accurate information, and if information is of questionable value, I’ll include that as well.
